The Performance Diet Pro
version (version 3.0.1 and above) is NOT an upgrade for earlier Health-RunR
or Performance Diet Basic versions! It is a new software product line that
debuts the incorporation of many powerful new components, including diet and sports nutrition research as
well as other diet, nutrition, fitness and health information. Because the
Performance Diet Pro version is a new product line, earlier versions of
the Health-RunR or Performance Diet Basic are not upgradeable to the
Performance Diet Pro version, nor will any personal data files from
earlier Health-RunR version or Performance Diet Basic versions be usable
in this version.
