Tour - HealthKeeper Basic Functions

The HealthKeeper's 3 main modes (1, 2 and 3 below) contain all the key basics
essential to immediately starting the program.
- The Personal Profiles Mode (a personal profile must be completed FIRST for the
rest of the program to work)
- The Exercise Tracking Mode (records all your exercise)
- The Intake Tracking Mode (records everything you eat, drink or take).
HealthKeeper advanced modes 4 through 9 are less important, but when used,
make the program more effective. Approach and learn modes 4-9 below any time after you feel comfortable and proficient with the 3 basic modes above.
- The Progress Tracking Mode (helps track, manage and improve your results)
- The Recipe Tracking Mode (stores and analyzes recipes for Intake Tracking use)
- The Meal Planner Mode (creates custom meal plans, part of the Intake Tracking
mode)
- The Progress Graphing Mode (graphically displays all major elements and
progress of your program)
- The Fair Compare Mode (accurately compares multiple selections of different
food’s content/nutrition, part of the Intake Tracking mode)
- The Medical Tracking Mode (tracks key medical tests)
Moving Between HealthKeeper Modes
There are 9 major HealthKeeper modes; the Personal Profiles, the Intake
Tracker, the Meal Planner, the Recipe Tracker, the Progress Tracker, the Exercise
Tracker, the Fair Compare, the Graphing Mode and the Medical Tracker. To enter or
leave any of the HealthKeeper modes, click on any other navigator icon or
choose a new option from the Windows menu (example shown below).
