How to take your measurements properly

Carefully review the diagram provided in the Profile measurement screen.

Use a tape measure to record fractions of inches.

Apply tape firmly, but do not compress the skin.

Do not take measurements over clothing and do not pump or work out before measuring.

FOR MEN:

CHEST
: Measure under armpits and across nipples, tape level.

THIGH: Maximum girth just below the curve of the buttocks, legs spread 2' apart, tape level. (Maximum girth" means area where feature is largest in circumference.)

BUTTOCKS: Maximum girth, feet together, tape level.*

BICEP: Maximum girth, midway between shoulder and elbow.*

WAIST: Minimum girth at natural contour just below bottom rib, tape level.

FOREARM: Palm up, maximum girth.*

CALF: Maximum girth, tape level.*

ABDOMEN: Maximum girth, ½" above navel, tape level.*

WRIST: Maximum girth.

FOR WOMEN:

CHEST
: Women measure under the armpits across upper portion of chest, tape level.

THIGH: Maximum girth just below the curve of the buttocks, legs spread 2' apart, tape level. (Maximum girth" means area where feature is largest in circumference.)

HIPS/BUTTOCKS: Maximum girth, feet together, tape level.*

BICEP: Maximum girth, midway between shoulder and elbow.*

WAIST: Minimum girth at natural contour just below bottom rib, tape level.

FOREARM: Palm up, maximum girth.*

CALF: Maximum girth, tape level.*

ABDOMEN: Maximum girth, ½" above navel, tape level.*

WRIST: Maximum girth.
