HealthKeeper Help Features
There are a few ways to find help in the HealthKeeper program.
Use the Help option on the menu bar:
You can then choose:
a. Contents: This will bring you to the main page of the Help feature.
b. Search for Help on… This will bring you to the index where you can type in a
phrase or a keyword to search for a specific help topic.
c. Tech Support: This will bring you to information on how to contact Technical
Support.
NOTE: The other features in this menu screen are additional help information
or information about the program.
A second option is to use the tool tips throughout the program. When you
place your mouse over any section on the screen and hold it there, a sentence will
pop up explaining the feature your mouse is over.
A third option is to use the Help buttons throughout the program.
These buttons will bring you to the help most related to that mode and area of
the program.
There is question-mark help throughout the program. If you have a question
about a certain area of the screen you are viewing, either click on the What’s This? Button on the form or click the What’s This? option on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
A fifth option, after having used the above options, is to contact technical
support.
