The Free Diet Foods "No Record" List
The following "No Record" free foods are foods you should eat if you are
trying to lose weight. Free foods listed without a serving size need not be recorded and can be eaten as often as you like. Free Foods with a serving size listed should be limited to three servings per day or you will need to record
them. Free foods are a great way to extend your daily calorie allocation while
on a weight loss program.
