Creating Meal Plans the Easy Way

Here are some additional tips on creating meal plans in the fastest easiest way.

  1. Try to create a meal plan composed of all your favorite foods. You are much more likely to follow a diet composed of your favorite foods than any other type of diet. Click here for more information on how to create a diet composed of your favorite foods.

  2. It is easier to take an existing meal plan and modify it than it is to create a complete meal plan from scratch. Once an existing meal plan is entered it is far easier to adjust portions or add or delete a few foods to fine-tailor it to your nutritional targets shown in the Health Recorder.   3. If you are recording a meal plan from scratch, record all food foods for the same meal at the same time. This means that you will need to plan and organize your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack foods before entering them in the meal planner.

Besides watching the Health Recorder nutrition and calorie target amounts and the glycemic ratings, watch the gram amounts for fat, carbohydrate, protein and alcohol. These amounts will also help tell you what portions need to be changed or what foods should be replaced with another food.
