The HealthKeeper software was designed as a generic health and fitness educator and generic tool for monitoring and supporting health and fitness improvements. Think of the HealthKeeper software as an "operating system" to design your own proprietary floppy disk health and fitness program specifications. This proprietary floppy disk program with your specifications then installs into our program which now can be used by your clients.

Using the HealthKeeper health and fitness "operating system," will also enable you to receive progress reports from your clients via e-mail or disk for analysis and continuing assistance. If you have a health or fitness program, a diet program, cookbook recipes, brand name foods you want included in our food data bases, exercise equipment you want included in our exercise section, or meals plans for specific health and fitness objectives, we should be talking about co-developing and co-marketing your organization's products.

Because we want to keep our health products generic and

universal in design, we are interested in developing

"partner" relationships or alliances for our products in the following

distribute a series related books and day planners to U.S. and

foreign bookstores and office supply stores,

2. cookbook and nutritional information publishers for book

versions that use our patent pending NutriCode for

nutritional content education,

3. corporate or insurance company wellness programs,

4. health organizations such as, health clubs, resorts, spa's,

gyms, etc.,

5. health related non-profit organizations for specialized

applications, i.e. Cancer, Heart, Diabetic, Dietetic and Liver

societies etc.,

6. health related corporations for specialized dieting

applications such as Sports Equipment, Vitamin & Minerals

Companies, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutri Systems

etc.,

7. associations interested in improving the health of their

members, AARP (American Association of Retired Persons)

etc.,

8. progressive food manufactures and restaurant chains for

their nutritional labels, menus or nutritional brochures,

9. progressive food label manufactures for supermarket

chains for their shelf and package labels,

10. medical organizations such as, HMO's, PPO's, hospitals,

doctor's offices, nursing homes,

11. infomercial and health marketing companies,

12. designers wishing to use the NutriCode in food art or in

other promotional graphics,

13. other software companies that have companion products

that would be logical add-ons or links to our software such as
